Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and use the learning service lawfully. One account is for one learner unless a team agreement says otherwise.
Educational service
Courses and feedback support language learning but do not guarantee an exam score, job, visa, admission, or other outcome. Results depend on practice, starting level, and context.
Plans and payments
The price and access period shown at checkout apply to the transaction. Manual payments activate only after verification. Refund terms must be shown before payment and may vary where consumer law requires.
Content rights
Course material may be used for personal study. It may not be resold, republished, scraped, or used to train another product without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass course access, attack the service, upload harmful files, impersonate others, or use Kio to create abusive or unlawful content.
